Your Opportunity:

The primary objective of this role is to act as a number two to the finance director and support the finance director with all financial tasks.

You will be:

  • Working in a global role, acting as number two to the Finance Director in a senior capacity and acting as a point of contact for the business.

  • Responsible for all aspects of the Traka Group reporting, including the consolidation of the 5 regions; APACEMEA, USA, Europe, UK and a further business.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Group Management Accounts are produced by all regions in a timely and accurate manner and in line with ASSA ABLOY Group guidelines.

  • Responsible for collating and consolidating the Group Forecasts and ensuring that the budgeting process runs smoothly from a financial perspective.

  • Responsible for weekly reporting in line with Divisional timelines.

  • Assisting the Finance Director with acquisition activity.

  • Assisting the Finance Director with integration of acquisitions.

  • Analysis of results and recommendations which can be shared with the business to improve KPIs.

  • Monitoring of all KPIs across the Group and challenge regions where necessary.

  • Assisting and support all Global out-posts and educate on changes in accounting standards and changes in internal reporting.

  • Responsible for any other duties required to assist in supporting the achievement of the Company objectives.

You will be self-motivated and trustworthy with strong organisational skills and the ability work with your own initiative and prioritise different tasks. You will be driven and will be able to proactively manage and document your own workload.

You will have excellent communication skills with colleagues at all levels across the business with strong oral and written communication skills. You will also have the ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team

Experience:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified

  • 5+ years qualification

  • Experience of consolidations

  • Experience managing people

  • Experience of producing management accounts

Functional competencies:

  • Accuracy in work and attention to detail

  • Flexibility and adaptability in tackling new tasks

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and tasks

  • Team player
