Review SECURITY - Strong focus on system solutions

ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik convinced with exclusive product launches and innovative enhancements during the world’s leading exhibition for security solutions.

„Our solutions exactly struck the nerves of our visitors“, explains Stefan Fischbach, General Manager ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik and Region Manager Central Europe. „Temporarily, there were knots of people around our product highlights. We are more than satisfied with the course of the exhibition and made some interesting contacts from which promising projects will arise. The SECURITY is the most important exhibition in our industry and we meet our target groups there: from fabricator over wholesalers up to planner and installers.”

„Our product highlights were CLIQ Remote as well as the new features of the access control system OPENDO neo like OPENDO neo LAN and Data on Card“, summarizes Andreas Wagener, sales manager Germany. „After the launch 2008, we presented the Aperio technology for the second time: as part of our own product portfolio as well as OEM product for other companies. We received a lot of positive feedback on this innovative technology.
The solutions for escape door systems were very well accepted, too: Our visitors recognized their demands in the functional doors for nursery schools and forensics.  The practical implementation convinced all along the line.
The new ASSA ABLOY product Code Handle also attracted a lot of attention and was very sought-after.”

About 42,000 visitors from 113 countries attended the exhibition. 1,078 exhibitors from 38 nations showed their products and services around security and fire protection.
